Asphalt Seam Heaters

Our seam heaters use radiant blue-flame technology.  With the rolling blue flame, no scorching flame will be applied to the surface, therefore reducing the risk of burning any new asphalt and creating a superior longitudinal joint.

Unlike many infrared units, an electric blower is not used to power the fuel system, thus eliminating the need for generators or large batteries as its source of power. These units are equipped with quick fuel and electrical connections as well as an onboard battery charger that can be plugged into any outlet when necessary.

We currently offer two sizes of seam heating units. The universal design allows them to be mounted to most kinds of asphalt pavers. These lightweight heaters can be easily disassembled and transported to any job site.
